2026 - TBC
Connect & Bloom is a community music group for families following NICU/SCN. Families will have the opportunity to:

Connect with other families who have navigated a NICU/SCN admission

Engage in fun music & play based interventions that foster connection, development and wellbeing

Learn how music and your voice can support your infants development and overall wellbeing
-
Learn how music can support your own wellbeing and mental health
Morning/Afternoon Tea provided​

Essential Creative Toolkit for Parents-to-be
Expressions of interest is now open!
Discover creative art forms that can help you express your emotions, connect with your baby, and find moments of relaxation and joy. Join us for a fun, interactive session where we explore how creative arts, including music, gentle movement, and story can support you during this exciting time of new parenthood.
The toolkit we will build throughout the session will be invaluable for supporting your parenthood transition and form the foundation for creative connection with your new little person. Whether you're a seasoned artist or just looking to try something new, this event is perfect for all levels of experience. Don't miss out on this opportunity to nurture your creativity while preparing for parenthood! When: Saturday 16th August Time: 2 - 5pm AEST (with half-hour break) Location: Online - Join from wherever you are! Workshop size: Limit of 10 Run by Lauren - Registered Music Therapist and George - Registered Creative Arts Therapist and Singing Mamas facilitator. This online session will form part of practitioner research to be presented at the perinatal wellbeing AAIMH Marcé Conference 2025 and will involve a short survey at the start and end of the session. All surveys will be de-identified for privacy.
Mini & Me Melodies

Mini & Me Melodies is a 10-week music group for you and your baby. The group will cover a range of topics, including music for sleep, routines, play, development and of course music as a supportive wellbeing tool for YOU, all whilst connecting with others and enjoying some fun musical time with your little one!

Each week the 1 hour session will include some gentle education about music as a supportive tool for you your baby (with question time!), interactive music time and an opportunity to connect with other families in the group.
